Potency

POTENCY is a concept I couldn’t quite wrap my head around in the past, when I was playing small; out of alignment; spirit demolished.

It didn’t make sense to me. I had no connection with the idea.

I believed myself to be an introvert. I believed myself to dislike people. I believed that exuberance, bliss and the epic sensations that accompany love were all a thing of the past; left behind in the days of carefree youth. I only sought peace and quiet and aloneness; everything else was too much. Too confronting. Too overwhelming. Too much of a glimpse into where my life and manifestations were falling short.

A crushing onslaught of disappointments in business and the unforgiving complex of comparison were commonplace.

I didn’t know it at the time, but I was living a low vibration life. And through these low vibrations, I was only calling in more low vibration experiences. I didn’t know I could choose to become a vibrational match with the high vibration experiences I dreamed of, and therefore call those experiences in to me.

Fast forward in time, and I experienced unexpected and severe heartbreak. And through this heartbreak and the series of events that subsequently took place in my life and heart and soul, my worth became solidified. My heart broken open, I was left gasping for breath as my self-love began to unfold, and gratitude for self and life took my literal breath away. It was in this time that I learned the ease with which I was able to manifest; through the messages I was sending to the Universe that poured from my newly opened heart.

I was able then to look back and see the stark contrast between the two lives I had lived. I could see so clearly how the consistent low vibrations of the past were synonymous with the disappointing life. And the high vibrations brought to me wonder, joy and astoundingly beautiful people, opportunities, experiences, things, and finances..

A new and enthusiastic observer of self and my innate connection to the Universe and its vibrational frequencies, I knew with every inch of my soul how the concepts I now teach and utilise are all important pieces to the puzzle of manifestation.

And I knew with every inch of my soul that POTENCY was the missing ingredient.

Potency is being unapologetic in your voice and truths.

Potency is having 110% confidence in yourself and your abilities and power.

Potency is the reclamation of that power that is so often squelched through conditioning and negative experiences.

Potency is self-love and self-worth to the power of TEN.

Potency is laughing wholeheartedly out loud with no qualms.

Potency is wearing what you want to wear and dancing how you want to dance.

Potency is the magnification of your skills and the magic that enhances the gifts you bring to this world.

Potency is an exquisite tool that we can use to align us with our dreams.

Because potency is synonymous with pure potentiality.

Deepak Chopra outlines the Law of Potentiality as one of the Seven Spiritual Laws of Success.

Pure Potentiality seeking expression from the unmanifest to the manifest.

Potency, for me, is all parts of me coming home. It’s each and every tear of mine that has formed and fallen in response to the wilderness of emotions. It’s each and every gasp that has wrenched itself from my body in ecstasy or stabbing pain. It’s each and every intricate flap of a butterfly’s wings that has caused circumstances beyond my scope of awareness to line up to bring me to this point of fulfilment and exponential growth in all areas of my life.

Our hearts don’t need to break to bring us to new levels of potency.

We have the tools we need right now.

Regardless of the traumas that have befallen you. Regardless of the story you have told yourself to this point. We can re-write that story any time.
