Coaching

Meredith’s signature 1:1 coaching program is ‘From Throes to Thriving’.

It is a 7-week journey where you will strip away unwarranted negative emotions and limiting beliefs that are holding you back, and be empowered to rise to a level of evolution you didn’t think possible.

For aspiring or struggling business owners, but also for beautiful souls who aren’t sure how to flip the story of their lives to one of prosperity, purpose and alignment.

Sound Healing and Reiki

The medicine of the New Earth will be music and sound.

Meredith runs frequent Sound Healing ceremonies, sometimes fused with Kundalini Yoga, sometimes with ceremonial cacao, sometimes with other meditations or activations – across NW Tasmania.

You can also book a 1:1 Sound Healing and/or Vocal Chakra Reiki session with Meredith, or organise a private group session for your next event. This is done at a private location on the outskirts of Sheffield, but can be done in a venue or home of your choice.

Reiki is the Universal Life Force Energy that permeates all space and matter. To receive a Reiki treatment/healing from another is to harmonise and balance your body’s energy.

Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of excellence!

This is the first yoga lineage that Meredith found, back in 2009, and not only did it help her find herself again after becoming a mother for the first time, it fuelled her with such bio-electricity that she had energy to spare, even as a sleep-deprived young mother of twins with no family support at the time!

Having remained solid in her practice since that very first day the book on Kundalini Yoga fell into her hands, and now a fully qualified teacher herself, Meredith attributes this powerful practice to the abundance of wonder and joy and health in her life.

She now LOVES to create Kundalini Yoga workshops and classes, in conjunction with sound healing, and bring it to the people of Tasmania and online.

Meredith Rose

About Meredith

Meredith Rose is a mother, a healer, a creatrix, and heart-centred Personal Branding Coach.

She is passionate about guiding women to step into their worth, power and abundance through the opening of their throat chakra, and the sharing of medicine, practices, and wealth vehicles that helped her on her own path.

Once a slave to the effects of traumas that had befallen her, partially stemmed from a gross misunderstanding of her HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) nature, Meredith is no stranger to self-loathing and disconnect from her power and passion.

The presence of scarcity conditioning, and a false narrative that life is and should be hard work, contributed to the ways in which she was held back from her potential. Yet when enough was enough, she came to a point of wanting to prove to herself that life could and should be the opposite: drenched in bliss, connection, abundance, infinite potential.

Prove it to herself she did, and now one of her greatest passions is setting beautiful souls free from a life of mediocrity and scarcity, to become the bright, abundant, powerful person they were born to be.

Through her own Personal Branding journey, she found her truth and worth, and was able to step further into her soul purpose work of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga teaching, Sound Healing, Bhakti Yoga, Reiki, and music creation.

Marrying vibration to intelligence, healing to Shakti, her coaching is based upon self-love, the opening of hearts, and the balancing of the chakra system, whilst not neglecting the important practicalities that one needs, to find success in the entrepreneurial world.
